John Frassinelli
Mr. Frassinelli is the Supervisor of the Nutrition Program at DPH, including the Food Stamp Nutrition Education/5 A Day Program and WIC Nutrition Services. John is a registered dietitian and is currently serving as the Chair of the National Council of State 5 A Day Coordinators.
