Impact of peer nutrition education on dietary behaviors and health outcomes among Latinos: a systematic literature review
A newsàper article pubished yesterday in the Mexican Periodico Reforma (pdf) features Dr. Perez Escamilla's work on household food security measurement in Mexico. Also please find the link to a second article in La Jornada-- another major Mexican newspaper-- featuring Dr. Perez Escamilla's work on poverty, food insecurity and obesity in Mexico. These two relevant contributions are being featured in the midst of a major food crisis severely affecting the poor in Mexico and worldwide--including Latinos in the USA.
